Realization of steel structure at TARKON Production Halls in March 2019
Installation of the structure November 2019.
The bridge over the Wisłok River in Mielec (Zlotniki) is a modern and impressive structure, it was designed with attention to the smallest details. It also uses a number of innovative solutions, so it guarantees the durability of the structure for many years. was designed as a structure in the form of a multi-span plate-beam prestressed and composite structure (in the mainstream span) based on reinforced concrete abutments and pillars. The supports are located at an oblique angle of 71.70° to the axis. The adopted structural solutions facilitate and accelerate the process of erecting the structure. They also have an impact on durability. The abutments are founded in sheet pile walls, which was due to the geotechnical conditions of the subsoil. The abutments were made as a reinforced concrete structure with a massive shaft and sidewalls supported on a footing. In the rear part of the abutment shafts, walls and a support for transition slabs were formed. The intermediate supports are pillars with an elliptical cross-section. They are restrained in the foundation footing founded directly in the walls. The solutions that were adopted and used for the erection of the structure are structurally optimal and suited to the environment of the bridge
